Product Details
This 4-axle 80-ton stake semi-trailer adopts integrated main beam made of Q345B high-tensile steel. Full penetration submerged arc welding is applied on all critical welding seams. The whole chassis goes through shot blasting treatment followed by multi-layer anti-corrosion polyurethane painting. It comes standard with four 16-ton axles and heavy-duty mechanical leaf spring suspension, fitted with 16 units of 12.00R22.5 tubeless tires plus one spare tire. Removable stake posts form the side fence, and fence height can be adjusted on request. It is equipped with WABCO brake valves, JOST 90# kingpin and 28-ton landing gear. Overall dimension is customizable. The hollow stake design provides cargo restraint and good air circulation, making it suitable for heavy haulage of bulk goods, farm produce, construction materials and live stock.
