Product Details
This Farm produce stake semi trailer adopts segmented reinforced cross members and diagonal bracing for structural enhancement. Symmetric 4-axle layout distributes load evenly. Quick-lock latches are fitted on detachable stakes; fence assemblies can be removed without extra tools. Multiple heavy-duty lashing rings are pre-installed on deck, and all corners are rounded to prevent tearing tarpaulin and cargo packages. All air pipes are fixed with clips and equipped with anti-abrasion sleeves. LED lights are sealed with waterproof gaskets. Pre-drilled square tubes of fence allow flexible addition or removal of cross braces on site. The chassis goes through sandblasting and multi-layer painting. All key welds are inspected, and high-stress zones are thickened, well adapted to rough, stony and undulating field roads across Africa.

Q: What road maintenance should be done for this 4-axle stake trailer on rough African roads?
A: Check leaf spring tightness, tire pressure and brake air leakage every 2 weeks. Clean mud and stones trapped between axles and suspension regularly. Lubricate king pin and landing gear every month.
Q: Is it possible to upgrade to air suspension instead of mechanical leaf spring?
A: Yes. Air suspension is optional. It brings smoother ride and better cargo protection, but the tare weight and purchase cost will increase accordingly.
Q: Can this trailer carry both grain bags and live animals?
