Product Details
Full automatic submerged arc welding is applied on main beam to form continuous uniform welds and reduce stress concentration. The stakes are bent and reinforced rectangular tubes, and their bottom positioning seats are bolted. Damaged stakes can be replaced individually instead of whole sets. The diamond plate floor is embossed for anti-slip performance, and cross members are arranged at dense intervals to disperse local cargo pressure. Aging-resistant nylon air hoses are fixed by layered clips to reduce loosening caused by driving vibration. The chassis is shot blasted to remove scale, and polyurethane topcoat provides UV, salt and dust resistance. Reflective tapes are arranged following cross-border road regulations to enhance night driving safety.
