The key technologies for tank trailers primarily focus on three areas: tank structure design, safety control systems, and the optimization of transport stability. Tank design is a core technology that requires balancing strength, sealing integrity, and weight. Finite element analysis is commonly used to simulate structural stress, while sectional forming or integral welding processes are employed to enhance structural stability. Furthermore, materials-such as corrosion-resistant or high-strength alloys-are selected based on the specific cargo (e.g., liquids, powders, or chemicals) to ensure long-term operational safety.

 

Regarding safety control, tank trailers are typically equipped with multiple protective systems, including breather valves, emergency shut-off valves, anti-overflow devices, and static grounding systems. These components effectively manage internal pressure fluctuations, preventing cargo leakage or accidents caused by abnormal pressure. For the transport of hazardous chemicals, additional measures such as explosion-proof designs and compartmentalized structures are incorporated to elevate the overall safety level of the transport process.

 

Transport stability technology is realized through vehicle dynamic control and structural optimization. The use of baffle plates or internal partitions mitigates the "sloshing effect" of liquids during transit, thereby reducing the risk of a shifting center of gravity. Additionally, multi-axle suspension systems and optimized braking configurations enhance handling stability under heavy-load and high-speed conditions.
