Product Details
All main beam and cross beam joints adopt multi-layer continuous full welding instead of spot welding. Welds are polished smoothly without slag or sharp stress points, effectively preventing weld cracking and frame peeling under long-term bumpy road conditions.All electrical wires and air pipes are fixed inside the main beam with professional clips and wear-resistant sleeves, avoiding exposure to sand, rain and vibration. It greatly reduces air leakage, circuit failure and tail light breakdown during field operation.The thickened rear protection beam is bolted instead of fully welded. In case of minor rear collision, only the protective part needs replacement, no frame cutting or repairing, saving maintenance time and cost.
