Product Details
Every welding joint of this 40-ton skeleton trailer undergoes full penetration submerged arc welding to eliminate hidden cracking risks. The twist lock base plate is thickened and reinforced to withstand frequent container loading and unloading operations at terminals. All wiring harnesses are wrapped with wear-resistant sleeves, and air pipelines are fixed with anti-vibration clamps to reduce loosening caused by continuous road vibration. We adopt sandblasting pretreatment before painting to remove rust and oxide scale. Double coating treatment greatly improves anti-corrosion performance, so the frame stays intact under humid coastal or dusty inland environments. The tail lamp bracket is reinforced to avoid damage from frequent reversing and bumping.
