Product Details
This detachable side fence semi trailer features full side panels with quick pin-lock design for fast assembly and removal without cutting or welding, different from normal stake trailers with separate posts. Its main beam is fabricated with T700 high-tensile steel and reinforced by dense cross members for stable load bearing. The side fence frame is built with thickened Q355B square tubes and internal stiffeners. The hollow fence design keeps good ventilation and avoids damp and heating of bagged goods. The chassis is sandblasted for anti-corrosion treatment. Brake pipelines are neatly routed and wiring harnesses are protected against abrasion. The front board and rear gate can be reinforced separately. Fence height, panel quantity and lock types are customizable to fit different loading methods and long-distance heavy-duty road conditions.

A: A skilled worker can finish one full side within 8–12 minutes, much faster than traditional separate stake fences.
Q: Can the lock pins pop open automatically on bumpy roads?
A: Pins come with spring anti-drop clips to prevent accidental release. Bolt-style double locking is an upgrade option for extremely rough roads.
Q: Can I remove only one side fence and keep the other side?
A: Yes. Left and right panels are independent. Single-side removal supports side forklift loading.
