The manufacturing process for container transport trailers typically begins with the chassis-the core load-bearing structure. Generally constructed from high-strength, low-alloy steel plates or structural sections, the various components are created through processes such as cutting, blanking, and straightening. Next comes the welding stage, where longitudinal beams, cross-members, and stiffeners are positioned and welded together according to design specifications; this phase demands high precision and weld quality, as it directly impacts the vehicle's load-bearing capacity and service life.

 

Once the chassis structure is formed, it undergoes surface treatment and anti-corrosion processing. Sandblasting or shot blasting is usually performed to remove oxide layers and welding slag, increase surface roughness, and enhance coating adhesion. This is followed by the application of primer, rust-proofing treatments, and the final topcoat. Some high-end products utilize electrophoretic coating or multi-layer anti-corrosion systems to improve durability in challenging environments, such as those with high humidity or salt spray.

 

The final stage involves assembly and testing, encompassing the installation of critical components such as the suspension system, axles, braking system, electrical system, and container locking mechanisms. After assembly, the trailer undergoes both static inspections and dynamic road tests, with a focus on verifying braking performance, structural stability, and connection reliability. Only after meeting all technical standards is the product cleared for delivery and use, ensuring the vehicle's safety and reliability in actual transport operations.
