The main beam is integrally fabricated from Q345B high-tensile steel by submerged arc welding. All welds are inspected to withstand alternating impact loads caused by livestock shaking during transit. The cargo floor uses 4mm thick checkered steel plate with multiple inclined drain holes to quickly discharge manure and reduce chassis corrosion. The fence is constructed as a large-opening square tube frame. Vertical stakes adopt a quick-release sleeve design for fast disassembly to convert the trailer into flatbed type. The widened and heightened rear gate is fitted with buffer rubber strips to prevent livestock injury during loading and unloading. Optional double-deck partition panels with hollow ventilation holes maintain air circulation between upper and lower decks and avoid heat suffocation for live animals. All fence welding spots are ground into rounded corners without sharp burrs to prevent scratches on livestock. Reinforced thick welding is applied on high-load zones such as suspension bases and kingpin seats. The whole wiring harness is wrapped in waterproof corrugated tubes with sealed connectors, adapting to rainy and dusty field conditions in Africa.
