Product Details
ISO container chassis skeleton trailer adopts hollow frame design without floor plate. The main beam is integrally welded by Q355B high tensile manganese steel. The cross-section of I-beam is stress optimized to sustain concentrated load of containers for long-term operation. 12 sets of ISO standard rotary twist locks are mounted on the chassis with precisely positioned lock seats matching container corner castings. It can flexibly carry one 40GP/40HQ container or two 20GP containers. The bolt-in kingpin design facilitates maintenance and replacement. Three axles fitted with leaf spring suspension provide stable shock absorption, suitable for unpaved road conditions in Africa. The whole trailer goes through sandblasting pretreatment and multi-layer anti-corrosion painting. Air tanks, toolbox are installed on chassis side. Tail lamps and reflective markers comply with cross-border road transport regulations, and the 24V electrical system ensures safe driving at night.
